Children and Youth

Children and young people are very important at Newlife. We love the noise and messiness that comes with having lots of children and young people as part of our church.

Children & Youth on Sundays

During our Sunday morning meeting, we stay together as a family during the worship, then the children and young people have their own programme. This includes plenty of fun and activities to help them learn about God, His story, and what that all has to do with them.

These are our Sunday groups:

Base Camp – a bible study group for parents with babies and pre-schoolers (and toys!)
Adventurers – fun and learning for children in Reception to School year 2
Explorers – more fun and learning for those in school years 3 – 5
Pioneers – more in-depth discipleship for those in school years 6 – 8
Young people in School Year 9 and above stay in the main service.

Youth Club

We run a Youth Club on Friday evenings in the church, from 7.30pm till 9.30pm. Everyone is welcome who is in school years 7 to 13. Expect games, fun and interactive bible teaching and worship. Young people from other churches also join us for this, so if your son or daughter would like to come along, just turn up – even if you normally go to another church.
